theres just 2 things missing in the new super mario bros wii game and that my friends is the blue turtle shell power up and the racon thingy power up
I think so, My friend and I call them ‘clatterbones’ but when we’re on MarioKart we call them ‘dry bones’
and we call them ‘koopalings’ on Mario Super Galaxy.

im not too sure about getting this one, I have new super mario bros on ds and it was a fun game but i breezed through it pretty easily, but I played mario 3 on GBA and that game kicked my ass, it was a hell of alot better than New Super Mario Bros on DS, so did mario 2, they should rename the series New super Mario bros for babies and little girls
While NSMB is certainly one of the better games on the DS, whether it is the best is an entirely different claim.
The World Ends With You (by Square Enix) holds that title for me. Its an action RPG that is certainly better than its name (I mean, really, the title makes it sound like a friggin’ romance game or something).
I strongly suggest you check it out. You would have to Google it since Youtube doesn’t allow the posting of urls (I find that many gameplay vids don’t do the game justice).

i pretty much enjoyed this game, but i have to add, that i didnt get that typical mario feeling
it does remember a bit about it, but there are SOO many new features, it was just a bit too much to get me that old SMB feeling y’see
but i definetly recommend the game

Plus- the reason why wii is staying so strong is because of the awesome new games that are coming out, like mario kart, mario bros, mario galaxy.

I *highly* recommend the DS one though, I’m not a big DS fan at ALL but I think NSMB is the best game for the handheld.
