I’m assuming this game system will be as fun as it was when I was a kid 20 years ago. But I have only received the console and the controller never games (Mario Bros. and Duck Hunt) came, nor the Zapper. When tried to see if the seller could be contacted to see if I could send the missing items to me (I assumed it was just a mistake), Amazon said the seller could not be reached and that could restore the whole system if wanted. Talk about bad customer service, the seller was not given even a chance to solve the problem, and I had already bought other games he was playing in the system. I do not think using Amazon to buy anything new. Rating: 2 / 5
This item arrived in good shape, and was easy to understand and shape, but the graphics are poor and deteriorated further when the unit heat. It is hoped that the cartridge is not the unit itself, I’m going to see every time you buy a game cartridge for it. Rating: 2 / 5
I bought this seller’s Electric Eye Candy Comics & Games, and everything went downhill since then. I emailed three times in the 11 days of purchase, only to see if there was even sent. All of my e-mails went unanswered, and the issue remained unloaded. The amount for the product was withdrawn from my card without notice to me, and the order was canceled at my request, but still, without a word of communication or explanation from the seller. The topic is listed under the name of the product as NES, 2 controllers, Mario / duck, etc, but the description gives the seller in the small print is that you got a game of chance, and the single controller. My son really wanted this game because the previous one we caught in a garage sale has stopped working properly. I thought the price charged was very reasonable and it arrived within days, with all components promised and in excellent working condition.
