Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands
I am a frequent user of products from Ubisoft, and an avid fan of Prince of Persia games. Since the release of The Sands of Time for Nintendo Gamecube, I have closely followed the series and enjoyed every title that has occurred at this point in time. So understandably, when I saw that a new title was added to the series being that I love it, I pre-ordered copy of a local company. I waited with bated breath to see amazing trailers on TV for the XBox 360 and PS3 versions, but when I finally received my copy for the Nintendo Wii, I was disappointed profundamente.Este game was completely different from other systems advertised on in every sense of the word. It is obvious from watching the play of, say, the Playstation 3 and comparing it with the Wii, the stories are different and so are the games. It’s not fair to release different games and market with the same title, by passing them through the same product. This is a blatant slap in the face to the customer who is waiting for one thing and get another – a perfect example of advertising falsa.Y, the game itself is, to put it mildly, terrible. It seems that the developers put next to no effort in its production. The gameplay is not enjoyable, the graphics are worse than their predecessors, and history (the most important aspect) is practically nonexistent! Unlike other games in the series, this is a fun way to relax, but a task. After several hours of game play, I am left with the impression that the Prince of Perisa: The Sands forgotten for the Wii was slapped together at the last second for the sake of having it on sale when the film was released libertad.En short, I am deeply disappointed with the Wii version of Prince of Persia Sands Forgotten. While I’m sure the game is a work of art on the other consoles, this is a waste of time, money and effort. I hope the next time you release something Ubisoft, will take into account the expectations of their fans, and for this most recent action, they should be ashamed of themselves. Rating: 1 / 5
I liked that. I do not love. I just liked it, that’s all. Prince of Persia is supposed to be action and flippy crazy stunts! No puzzles and bad camera angles. SANDS is fogrotten! no sand powers, only powers creation! I prefer no magic light sand! what makes me angry is that the Prince has the dagger of time on the belt all the time and do not even use! is just around saying, “suffer! Mwuahahahaha!” i thought that the addition of bonus levels, costumes, etc was a good toque.Total: puzzles too, not enough fighting. is good for newcomers, but will be surprised when you play X-Box or PS3 (which are soooo much better). After buying the Wii version only because of the extra powers and extra content, I must say I’m not disappointed at all. Nevermind the Prince of Persia 2008 release, which was good in her own right, but not bring back fond memories of previous generation PoP. Everything from the graphics to the ambient music made me enter epic Wii needs more games like this. I like the power of the prince and now he had the genius reminded me of a watered down version Elika * itchy. The only point in the game that I have to bring is that for the first hour (this is a long game) the story isn’t as strong as I would have liked, but it gets better. Controls on the Wii version have died in relation to the portions of adventure, but during the fighting, though youre given a multitude of skills in my opinion, waving frantically worked better drivers lol. Overall I’m happy with a more traditional title of Prince as the sands of forgotten and I hope to continue the two games prince as separate brands. Rating: 5 / 5
When I heard that Ubisoft was doing a brand new Prince of Persia I thought it would be a sequel to 2008 the Prince of Persia game that was published in the 360 and PS3 video game or the movie version of Prince of Persia (which going to come out May 28). Instead, Ubisoft gave us Prince of Persia that takes place after the sands of time, but before the soldier inside. Think of it as a side story in the Sands of Time trilogy (although I feel like the story has nothing to do with the trilogy of the Sands of Time). The Wii version of Prince of Persia forgotten arena has nothing to do with the PS3/360 version at all (in terms of character and history) and that’s really a good thing that Ubisoft has created a different game to try put the PS3/360 version in Wii version. The gameplay is quite similar to the last Prince of Persia games with some notable differences. To begin to see a cursor on the screen that is used for magic. What you do is any of the points on a wall or a plate of energy. At other times the cursor is used to open the doors of the magic or solve certain puzzles. There is no turning back (or any other magic that manipulates the time) in the Wii version of the stands instead had forgotten about these things called orbits life when you die you start the last place you stand yet lose all your life and have orbs that to start the last save point (do not worry they have an unlimited life). Graphically speaking the game looks great on the Wii. I will not say good Mario Galaxy, but much better than most third party games on the Wii. If there were some problems I had with the Wii version of Forgotten arena would be: 1. The camera “I’m not saying that is bad or terrible, but I find it annoying that I have to play the C button to reset the chamber.2. The combat-those who go in expecting combat red steel 2 is going to be disappointed. However, combat plays more like Twilight Princess (where you have to use a simple movies with your Wii remote to attack) Overall the game is good you can not have the magic of Sands of Time trilogy, but it’s nice to see Ubisoft put some effort into Wii.Calificación version: 4 / 5
