This thing has wii writen all over it, but if you don’t have the game cube/addaptor (I don’t) you are SOL. I never got to try the game and f*** this thing. always buy the latest generation of every game to increse its variabliy. don’t buy the cheapest one and hope it works

I just got my DDR mat and am using it on a rug. That seems to be a pretty bad idea, because the pad bunches and moves around. It’s recognizing my steps okay with the game I purchased to use with it (Walk it Out), but every so often I have to pause the game and put the mat back into its appropriate position, which is frustrating. Another reviewer said he/she places cardboard between his/her rug and mat with better results, so I may try that, too. This would be a much nicer product if it stayed in place.

This is a great party controller. Plug this in and turn up the volume for some great fun with others. The pad is easy to use and is pretty responsive to your movements. The only thing that would make this better would be to make it wireless.

My children gave us a Wii for Christmas and a Dance,Dance Revolution “Hottest Party 3″. It came with a Kanomi controller. I purchased a generic dance pad, two actually, that were suppose to work, but they didn’t. So, I bought this one, which was a duplicate brand as the one that came with DDR. It worked and we have enjoyed using the controllers. Hours and hours of fun! I found that once it was unfolded, spend a few minutes to work out the wrinkles. Then, store it laying flat.

This has been working as it is suppose to. If you buy D.D.R. you need to purchase a second pad to truly enjoy the game.
